3.training for beginners in Budapest

The last of the European Community Organizing School (ECOS) trainings for beginners took place on May 10th – May 15th, 2017 in Budapest, Hungary.

Goals – as a result of the training a participant:

  • Sees benefits in taking part in the School
  • Is aware of his/her own strengths and weaknesses as a community organizer role
  • Sees his/her growth in the role of organizer in a long term perspective
  • Has a plan for next steps in growing as community organizer that will implement in a short period of time

Many thanks again to both trainers – Dagmara Kubik and Monika Bálint.

This training ended the ECOS cycle for beginners, but since September 2017, the ECOS project consortium continues with the second phase of the project – series of trainings for the advanced community organizers. During June 2017, a call for participants will be published on ECOS web sites and also distributed locally in every partner’s country.
