2.training for beginners in Katowice

On January 19th – January 23rd, 2017, a second ECOS (European Community Organizing Schools) training for beginners under the Erasmus + programme was held in Poland’s Katowice, attended by 17 participants from Bulgaria, Germany,  Hungary, Poland and Slovakia.

The second module is dedicated to group mechanisms and ways to support it till the point where cooperation in the group is effective. It starts with 90-minutes group meeting which goal is to open the module and agree on its programme. After the study visit is planned and then meritorical part of the training. This sequence will (like in the case of first module) give the participants a common experience and help them to have common understanding of meritorical sessions.

Special thanks to our lead trainer Dagmara and co-trainer Iwona, both from Poland.

The series for the beginners will finish with the last training in Budapest, Hungary (May 2017).
