Enormous pressure was put on everyone in the campaign, inside the team and outside as well, especially at the end so we pick the side. Situation among 3 strongest candidates was very tense and unlikely to end with agreement. Team stood up to this only because every team member understood the situation and was able to put the greater good in front of our egos and within the team we had a good mediator.

 

There is a role for everybody in their groups, is there in ours?

Extremists have vision, do we have one? 

Their propaganda vs our message

We need to have someone from target group in planning of campaign (be aware of collateral audience)

Campaigns should pivot away negativity of radical propaganda towards empowerment

Campaigns resonate with audience when they use immersive narrative (indirect storytelling)
